A Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into on 1 March 2026 by and between Linken Capital Aviation Services Limited (“LCAS”) and HKCT Institute of Higher Education (HKCT). With effective from 1 July 2026, HKCT will be the HK Civil Aviation Department recognised courses organizer. To ensure the smooth implementation of this collaboration, LCAS will provide advisory services to HKCT including Exposition, Quality Assurance Manual, Procedures Manual, documents for curriculum design, course development, and student support.
HKCT will be responsible for overall financial management, administration, student support, and marketing. Administrative tasks include student enrollment, registration, course scheduling, and performance assessment. For student support, HKCT/LCAS will provide academic guidance, individual counseling, and course advisory services. In marketing, HKCT/LCAS will handle promotional planning, student enrollment, and related public relations activities. HKCT and LCAS will maintain close coordination to ensure curriculum design, teaching quality, and student services meeting high and professional education standards.
